Hi - I am Louise and I have over 13 years experience in the Beauty industry working in Salons and Spas across Lincolnshire. After gaining experience working as a Spa Manager and a Salon Manager I decided to become self employed in April 2018...This is where my journey really began!

I am a fully qualified Level 3 Beauty Therapist with additional qualifications in Environ and Katherine Daniels Skincare, Dermalux Photo Therapy, Cell Sculpt Face and Body treatments and Massage Therapy including Hot Stone, Bamboo, Indian Head and Deep Tissue. I have Level 4 and 5 in Laser Technology. I also hold a premises and individual licence to carry out Electrolysis.

I am passionate about providing high quality professional and friendly treatments to my clients, putting them at ease and ensuring all their needs are met in a "spa like' environment.

Vouchers can be purchased directly from the salon at a time suitable for both parties or can be purchased online by pressing the voucher button.

Gift vouchers are available for monetary amounts. They are valid for a period of six months from the issue date and can be used as full payment for treatments or products. If the treatment exceeds the value of the voucher, further payment will be required. Gift vouchers are not transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash either in part or full. Lost or stolen gift vouchers cannot be refunded. No cash alternative will be given.

Clients will receive one stamp on their loyalty card each time they visit the salon. For every 6 stamps, clients can book a treatment of their choice with a 50% discount. Loyalty cards must be used only by the person they are issued to and shown at the time of payment to be eligible for a loyalty card stamp. Stamps will not be back dated. Loyalty cards are the responsibility of their owners and The Garden Retreat will only replace lost or stolen cards with a new blank card.

The Garden Retreat do not offer any treatments to children under the age of 13. Children between the ages of 13 and 17 must be accompanied be an adult at all times. Massage treatments will not be carried out on children under 18. No children under the age of 12 are to accompany parents to their beauty appointment.

Please note - The Garden Retreat will be as flexible as possible with early and late appointments in order to accommodate your needs when child care may be an issue

All information on your client consultation form is held with the strictest confidence. Consultation forms are required for insurance purposes: they provide information on potential contraindications to the treatment being performed. Treatments may need to be adapted or a doctors note may be required to carry out some treatments. Consultation form information will never be passed to a third party. You can ask to see your consultation form and treatment records at any time during working hours. The Garden Retreat will ask for your permission to use your email address for marketing purposes, you can withdraw from this agreement at any time. A copy of this agreement will be kept with your consultation form.

YOUR APPOINTMENT

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment. This gives us time to complete a consultation form. All consultations are completely confidential; a full health questionnaire must be completed before I can commence with any treatment. If you have a medical condition please contact me prior to your appointment as some treatments may not be suitable. A doctors note may be required to carry out certain treatments.

For any Environ Facial an Environ consultation will take place; this is due to the active ingredients in the products and facials being personalised to your specific skin concerns.

For tinting appointments a patch test must be carried out 24 - 48 hours before your treatment.

If you are late for your appointment, the treatment may have to be shortened, changed or cancelled; full payment will be required.
